1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment only.
  • Please book at least 24 hours in advance through our website, phone call/text, or social media.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a non-refundable $10 commitment fee.
  • If you're running late, please contact us. After 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be canceled.

3. Payment

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, and major credit cards.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and any additional services requested.

4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

  • Please remove all valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
  • Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, stains, or debris) may incur an additional cleaning fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
  • Any concerns reported after 24 hours may be addressed at our discretion.

6. Weather Policy (For Mobile Services)

  • In cases of severe weather (rain, snow, extreme cold), appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality assurance.
  • We will contact you to arrange a new time if weather conditions affect your booking.

7. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or mechanical issues with your vehicle.
  • By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize our team to perform the selected detailing services.
